Bisexual Dating Australia: Fun for Singles and Couples

Private profiles, daily matches and a grown-up crowd.

Couples Feel at Home Here

Bi dating in Australia starts here: more than 900 members have joined My Bisexual Secret, and nearly 100 of them are couples. That's about one in ten, the highest share of any country on the site. Most of the rest are men. New South Wales has the most members, then Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

A couple shares one profile and can look for men, women or other couples, while singles can choose to meet couples when they join. Our page on bisexual couples shows how couples set things up.

A Fair Go for Bi Australians

Australians backed marriage equality in the 2017 postal survey, and since 9 December that year the Marriage Act has defined marriage as the union of two people. In Victoria, Bi+ Pride Victoria runs monthly discussion groups and community events for anyone attracted to more than one gender, including people who call themselves bisexual, pansexual or queer. The old Melbourne Bisexual Network address now points there.

Stay Healthy Between Flings

Any GP can write a script for PrEP, which lowers your risk of HIV, and any pharmacy can fill it. With a current Medicare card it's subsidised on the PBS, as it has been since April 2018. Expect an HIV test, other STI tests and a kidney check before you start, another HIV test after a month, then check-ups every three months. Ending HIV, run by ACON, has a finder for testing near you, and in New South Wales the Sexual Health Infolink is on 1800 451 624.

Fancy a chat with someone who gets it? QLife offers anonymous LGBTIQ+ peer support and referral on 1800 184 527 or by webchat, about sexuality, gender, feelings or relationships. Before a first meet, read our safety tips.

No Worries, Just Answers

Yes. Nearly 100 couples in Australia are on the site, and any single member can add couples to the people they want to meet.

New South Wales, with more than 250. Queensland and Victoria follow with more than 200 each.

Can I keep it discreet in Australia?
